Meet Lesley
I've spent over 24 years leading brand and marketing for some of the world's most iconic beauty and wellness companies - serving as CMO, building teams, advising CEOs, scaling businesses. I was exceptional at creating magnetic brands for others, but I kept parts of myself compartmentalized.The brand strategist. The daily meditator. The high-heel wearing beauty lover. The spiritual seeker. The high EQ leader who deadlifts. The deep thinker. I thought I had to choose which version showed up in which room.Six years ago, I decided I didn't. I was burned out, battling depression and anxiety, struggling with alcohol and my health. Instead of just "fixing" the problems, I used them to completely reimagine my life. I dove back into my 20-year meditation practice, got certified in life coaching, Reiki, and fitness instruction, studied Human Design, and left corporate to build a life where all of me could show up. A life aligned with my gifts, passions and purpose.
